Womb and Fertility massage therapy is a deep, yet gentle, non-invasive abdominal and sacral therapy that focuses on improving circulation to the abdominal organs, with an aim to improve blood, nerve and lymph flow.
The massage also focuses on releasing physical and emotional tension, helping to loosen harden debris (that has been accumulating in your gut for years) encouraging a natural movement and clearing both physical and emotional congestion, leaving you and your abdomen feeling lighter and freer.

A Johannesburg-based practitioner specializing in holistic womb wellness, therapeutic massage, and sound bowl healing. My approach is deeply informed by my own journey – as a mother of two, and currently navigating the complexities of fertility, including IVF treatments. This personal experience has cultivated a profound empathy and understanding of the intricate connection between physical and emotional well-being.
My practice is dedicated to creating a serene and supportive environment where you can reconnect with your body and cultivate inner harmony. Through specialized fertility and womb massages, I work to enhance circulation, release emotional tension, and support reproductive health. What to Expect During your
Womb or Fertility Massage
Initial Consultations
Upon booking your 90 minute consultation, we will discuss your fertility journey, and any emotional aspects that may arise, which will then be followed by a full fertility or womb massage treatment.
After your treatment, you will receive follow up support in the form of information on castor oil packs, yoni steams, menstrual charting and fertility lifestyle advice.
Follow Up Appointments
It’s time to allow the stress and worries of the day to be left outside of the massage space.
Treatments start with you receiving the lumbar, sacral and gluteal massage. We are mostly comfortable with receiving back massages, and by starting here, you will have time to relax, slow down and become accustomed to my energy and touch.
When massaging your abdomen, you will be receiving touch from your pubic bone up to your rib-cage, and will include a beautiful blend of oil techniques, pulsing, rebozo/scarves and guided visualisations. You will be nurtured, nourished and held in a safe place to allow you to release deep seated emotions that may be blocking your energy. Ending the treatment off with Tibetan Bells, to clear any released energy, also signaling the end of your session.

Once you have finished your bleed, your ovaries are working hard to produce mature follicles, in the lead up to ovulation.
Post Ovulation (natural) or Post Implantation (Assisted)
Once you have ovulated or had embryo transfer, there is a chance that you may be pregnant, and your treatment will be altered to reflect this.
